Hosting a 102 Match

Guidlines for putting on a Match at 102

1. Go onto the club's online calendar to make sure the time you want to do a match is available

2. Schedule the time on the calendar

3. Send an e-mail out to club members, this can be done on an individual bases, maybe you have just 10 friends you want invite, (all people must still be SDTC members) or the whole club.  Since most people do not have a current e-mail roster (and it seems to change daily!) if the notice is sent to the club's e-mail at sherwooddtc@frontier.com, I am happy to forward it to all club members.

4. Figure out how many runs you want to have in the time you have allowed

5. Take members information as they e-mail you that they want to participate in the match

6. Make up a schedule and pay sheet, e-mail/notify people of the schedule a day or so before the match

7. Have enough people to help, I am always willing to be there to do the money thing, if I do not have something else planned

8. Have FUN, clean up afterwards.
