once
you get to this point, double click on the day and time you want
to reserve. The current week being viewed is in the
center of the grey bar above the calendar. Todays day, should have a red title bar. To view a different week, just click on
it.
In the box that appears that says, Enter Text For New Event, Type in
your name then click new event.
If you wanted longer than an hour, or are coming on the 1/2 hour, that can be changed by the "Start" and End"
Time on the right side of the window. The calendar should re-appear with your time slot filled in. If you made an error, just
double click your spot and correct it.
Since we rent this facility, we can use it 24/7, the calendar is set up to schedule times from 6am to
12 midnight, if you plan on training in the middle of the night, chances are there will not be any conflicts.
102 RULES:
•102 is for SDTC
members only who must have signed current release form on file. If you have a family member that might accompany you once
in a while to help, please also have them also sign a release form.
•During day hours 8am to 5pm please try to keep noise to a minimum in the building, not to disturb
other tenants.
•To contribute to the cost of
the facility, members will pay a fee.
• 1/2 hour alone $5.00
• 1 hour alone or 2 people sharing
an hour $10.00
• 3 people sharing 1 hour together
$15.00
• 4 or more people sharing one
hour $20.00. This would include small group meetings, demonstrations, etc.
•There is a lock box with the key, code will be
provided to renters when release form is signed.
•Open the door and then return the key to the lock box
•If
no one else is there when you leave, be sure to lock the door.
•Please leave as clean as possible picking up tuffs
of hair and cleaning slobber on mats.
•If you want to leave a crate in the office or along the wall in the training
area, feel free to do so, if you use an X-Pen, please fold it up and lean it against a wall.
•There is NO poop container
at the facility. Use the bark dust areas ONLY for walking your dogs, (not the lawns) if they poop use your own plastic bag
to pick it up and put it in the dumpster which is at the end of the walk and a right turn (if your back is to
Tualatin-Sherwood Road), or take it home with you and dispose of it at your home.
•There are payment envelopes (if
you pay with cash) leave envelope or a check in the receptacle for your training time.
•Remember that this is a
Sherwood Dog Training Club MEMBER facility. Only members that have their dues current may use it.
•All
dogs are expected to be clean and as far as the owner knows, free of any contagious health issues or parasites.
•BITCHES IN SEASON POLICY:
Bitches
in season are allowed to train privately at 102 as long as they have one some type of britches.
Bitches in season are not allowed at Matches, just like they are
not allowed at Trials.
